FÜHLEN - SPÜREN - LOSLASSEN - ERINNERN - AUFLADEN - ANKOMMEN. Eine Reise zu deinem inneren Kern. Diesen Sonntag Nachmittag werden wir mit einer achtsamen Kakao Zeremonie beginnen. Du darfst dich auf eine warme und nährenden Tasse purem Kakao freuen, um anzukommen, dich zu erden, den Kopf auszuschalten und den Alltag hinter dir zu lassen. Schon die Maya und Azteken verehrten Kakao als "Nahrung der Götter" - nicht nur als Genussmittel, sondern als Herzöffner und Begleiter ihrer Zeremonien. Danach führt dich Steffi durch eine kraftvolle und transformierende Breathwork Journey. Durch bewusste Atmung und tiefe Selbsterfahrung kannst du dich von energetischen Blockaden, limitierenden Denkmustern und emotionalem Ballast lösen und dir Raum geben, um zu erfahren, was wahrhaftig ist. Du kannst mal wieder so richtig ausmisten (!) und dich mit deiner Essenz verbinden. Erlebe, wie du Klarheit gewinnst, dich neu ausrichtest, und mit neu geladenen Batterien deinen Weg beschreiten kannst. Reconnect to your Power – Erinnere dich daran, wer du wirklich bist. Es werden magische Stunden, wo wir Raum und Zeit vergessen und einfach ganz und gar im Hier und Jetzt präsent sind. Meine grösste Intention ist es, einen sicheren Raum zu öffnen, indem du dich gehalten und unterstützt fühlst und dich völlig der heilenden Kraft von Kakao und deines Atems hingeben kannst.
